Based on the Laurel and Hardy motion picture March of the Wooden Soldiers
From the opening celebration in Mother Goose Land to the triumphant March of the Wooden Soldiers, the adventure of 'Babes in Toyland' is a treat for the entire family. The Widow Piper, who you might know as 'the woman who lived in a shoe' takes care of a village of Mother Goose Rhyme children, including Mary Quite Contrary and Alan, the nephew of the evil Uncle Barnaby.
Ever since he got his first taste of performing on stage as a part of the City Lights Youth Theatre in New York City, Martin has pursued a career in musical theater, performing in regional and summer stock theaters, from the East to West coasts. His favorite role include appearances in Annie (Bert Healy), Ragtime (Houdini), Zorba the Musical (Manolakas), Sister Act (Joey), A Chorus Line (Mike), Grease (Sonny), and The Music Man (Olin Britt). Along the way, Martin has entertained audiences in NYC cabarets, and sung as a member of Essential Voices USA with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall. He is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA).
